Cancellation Policy

You must contact us via phone at 813-774-0531 at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your session. If you are a no show your deposit is non-transferable, you would have to start the booking process all over again. If you give proper notice of your non attendance, you may reschedule with no reschedule fee. If you are unable to make it and you notify us within 24 hours of your schedule appointment, there will be a $25 rescheduling fee due the day of your original session date to reschedule. No refunds at all including sezzle payments.
